3P Skived Tapes & Liners
Skived tapes & liners are sintered PTFE films or sheets, with a thickness above 250 µm. As they can be etched to ensure PTFE bonding on surfaces, the applications are numerous.

Both offer high resistance, low friction and one of the highest chemical resistance available. Depending on the grade, mechanical properties and impurities rate will change drastically. Whether you seek a protective barrier or a semi-finished tape to transform, 3P can help in adapting the balance between the affordable product qualities and choosing the right material.
Films can also be provided with compounds: glass fiber, graphite, carbon or bronze compounds are the standard. Other compounds are available on request.

Available in a variety of fluoropolymers (PTFE, filled PTFE, FEP, PFA), our sheets provided are used as strong protection against the attack of most corrosive chemicals. Thanks to its efficient adhesive surface after treatment on one surface, our products are easy to apply on steel substrate.
