3P has a long experience of machining. The group has begun with turning seals and PTFE lip for dynamic seals. 3P’s CNC, milling and turning equipments are regularly updated.
3P works from small to high volume series for all sectors: automotive, aeronautic, energy, FHS, etc..
Complex machining
3P’s know-how now also include 5-axis machining for PTFE, fluoropolymer and PEEK parts.
3P has also installed equipment and adopted standard procedures to guarantee the cleanliness of the products. Two plant already use clean rooms, and cleaning equipments are more and more requested for demanding customers.
