De telles pi\u00e8ces, \u00e0 faibles tol\u00e9rances ou \u00e0 ultra faible \u00e9paisseur, peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par diff\u00e9rents moyens. Il s&rsquo;agit aussi bien de plastiques \u00e0 haute performance que de plastiques techniques.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, l\u2019injection haute pr\u00e9cision r\u00e9pond \u00e0 au moins 3 des 4 \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forte pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle, avec des tol\u00e9rances tr\u00e8s faibles. Typiquement pour les thermoplastiques, l&rsquo;intervalle de tol\u00e9rance associ\u00e9 aux exigences CPK sera inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 \u00b5m pour les petites pi\u00e8ces (quelques centim\u00e8tres)<\/li>\n<li>Faible \u00e9paisseur de paroi, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 500 \u00b5m pour les petites pi\u00e8ces. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une indication g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, car certains thermoplastiques sont plus sensibles concern\u00e9s par les contraintes d\u2019\u00e9paisseur que d&rsquo;autres<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00e8ce complexe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec des contre-d\u00e9pouilles ou encore un besoin particulier, et des outils sp\u00e9cifiques, pour extraire la pi\u00e8ce du moule sans la d\u00e9former<\/li>\n<li>Volume \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ce crit\u00e8re est important car il aura un impact sur la capabilit\u00e9 du processus (CPK). Il est vrai aussi que beaucoup de pi\u00e8ces produites par injection haute pr\u00e9cision de thermoplastiques \u00e9taient d&rsquo;abord des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques. Cela montre que m\u00eame s&rsquo;il est techniquement difficile de substituer des plastiques hautes performances aux pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques, il en ressort en fait des atouts importants. Typiquement, la substitution de pi\u00e8ces critiques en m\u00e9tal par des mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques permet des gains de poids, d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 (pour les pi\u00e8ces en mouvement) ou de bruit et vibration (NVH : noise vibration and Harshness).
