Lyon, October 18, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 The French group 3P \u2013 Performance Plastics Products<\/strong>, an international industrial player specialized in high-performance plastic solutions, announces the acquisition of ICM Industrie group<\/strong>. With this acquisition, the group aims to surpass 100 million euros in turnover with a workforce of 500 employees<\/strong>. This move consolidates 3P\u2019s position among the major industrial players in the sector and strengthens its presence in the fields of the precision machining of high added value thermoplastics and composite, as well as the thermoforming of plastics.<\/p>\n

A strategic acquisition for 3P \u2013 Performance Plastics Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 1993, ICM Industrie<\/strong> has 6 production sites in France and employs 160 people<\/strong>. As a result of a high-performance and robotized fleet of over 100 machines, the group has an extensive industrial offering.<\/p>\n
